DO YOU HAVE AN ELEVATOR?

Yes, we have an elevator and freight elevator. Please request freight elevator prior to booking.

WHEN DOES THE STUDIO GET THE BEST LIGHT?

Our studio has great lighting all day. It gets direct sun light from our window facing the DTLA skyline. We love how the studio looks during golden hour too.

ARE CHILDREN ALLOWED?

Yes, children are allowed. We only ask that they please be mindful of our neighbors and fragile pieces in the studio.

HOW EARLY CAN I ARRIVE?

Unfortunately, early entry into the studio is not allowed. We ask that you grant yourself extra time within the session hours you have reserved - this includes arrival, setup, breakdown, and departure.

WHERE CAN I PARK? 

We have a large parking lot next and directly across the studio with a rate of $10 a day.

WHAT IS THE CANCELATION POLICY?

Cancelations within 12 hours of reserved session are subject to a $50 fee. We understand that things may come up unexpectedly so if you choose to reschedule we are happy to work you.

IS THERE A RESTROOM?

Yes! There are restrooms right next to the elevator on every floor of the building.
