Please read the following terms and house rules carefully before using our studio facilities. By booking our studio, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions: We kindly request that you respect our creative space and help us maintain a positive environment by adhering to the following guidelines. Please treat the studio with care and consideration, understanding that it serves as a space for creativity and inspiration. When using the studio, we ask that you leave it in better condition than you found it, ensuring cleanliness and organization. Please arrive on time or even a bit early to allow for a timely checkout, respecting the schedules of other guests. Additionally, please report any damages or incidents promptly to our staff. By following these guidelines, you contribute to the overall positive experience for everyone using the studio. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

PARKING INFORMATION:
There is street parking and a parking lot directly next to the building that ranges from $5-$12 a day. We are not responsible for any parking violations, tows, or damages to your vehicle.
BUILDING INFORMATION:
Our building has one elevator and one freight elevator. Please Contact directly if you need to use the freight elevator (The freight elevator can ONLY be used 9am-4:30pm M-F). We have a bathroom located right next to the elevator.
STUDIO RULES / GUIDELINES:
- NO ROOF ACCESS OR WINDOW STAIR WELL ACCESS
- Do NOT move any of the plastered tables, art, self, etc - These items are extremely fragile and you will be fined if broken or found out that it was moved. If you need assistance moving things around before your shoot please let us know ahead of time.
- No Live Bands or Performances for music videos. Our Space is NOT Sound-Proof so please be respectful to our neighbors.
- No confetti or popping of champagne
- No Pets (Sorry we love our furry friends)
- Drinks & Food are NOT allowed on any furniture. Please use the table provided to place any food or drinks. Any damage will lead to fees.
- No shoes are allowed except for filmed/photographed models (shoe booties are provided)
- No Smoking/ Vaping and drugs/illegal activities
- No filming in the hallways or common areas
- No more than 10 people are allowed in the studio
- Guests must provide insurance and permits for all vendors
- No fog or haze machines
- The door will lock behind you - please leave the key back in our lock.
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before renting our photo studio. By booking and using our studio facilities, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the following terms:
Booking and Payment: a. Booking of the photo studio is subject to availability. Reservation requests can be made through our designated booking system or by contacting our studio staff. b. A valid payment method is required to secure your booking. Full payment or a deposit may be required, as specified at the time of booking.
2. Studio Usage: a. The photo studio is to be used for lawful purposes only, including photography, videography, and related activities. b. Guests are responsible for bringing their own equipment, props, and accessories unless otherwise specified in the booking agreement.
Studio Care and Cleanliness: a. Guests are expected to treat the studio and its equipment with care, ensuring that no damage or loss occurs during their rental period. b. The studio should be returned in the same condition as it was found. Guests are responsible for cleaning up any mess or debris created during their use of the space.
Safety and Liability: a. Guests are responsible for their personal safety and the safety of their belongings while using the studio. The studio owner will not be held liable for any accidents, injuries, or lost or damaged items. b. Guests are encouraged to adhere to all safety guidelines provided by the studio owner or staff, including the safe use of equipment and props.
Cancellation and Refunds: a. Cancellations made within a specified notice period may be eligible for a rescheduled time in the studio. b. Failure to show up for a booking without prior cancellation may result in forfeiture of the full payment or deposit. All sales are final.
Damage or Loss: a. Guests are responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of studio property, including equipment, furniture, or accessories, incurred during their rental period. b. The studio owner reserves the right to charge the guest's payment method on file for any necessary repairs, replacements, or cleaning fees.
Indemnification: a. Guests agree to indemnify and hold the studio owner harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from their use of the studio facilities.
By booking and using our Evolve Creative Studio, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms of Service. Security Camera Usage: Our studio is equipped with security cameras that are operational 24/7 for the safety and security of our premises. b. Guests are advised that their activities within the studio may be recorded by the security cameras during their booking.
Camera Interference and Unauthorized Tampering: a. Guests shall not interfere with or tamper with the security cameras, including covering or disabling them, during their booking. b. Unauthorized tampering or interference with the security cameras will result in minimum $1000 fine and potential legal consequences.
Request for Camera Disabling: a. If a guest wishes to have the security cameras temporarily disabled during their booking, they must contact the studio owner at least 24 hours prior to their scheduled booking to make this request. b. The studio owner reserves the right to deny any such request if it is deemed necessary for security, safety, or legal purposes.
Liability: a. The studio owner shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, theft, or injury arising from the use of the studio facilities or the presence or absence of security camera recordings. b. The studio owner shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings or equipment brought into the studio by the guest.
Indemnification: a. Guests agree to indemnify and hold the studio owner harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of the guest's use of the studio facilities or any actions related to the security cameras.
Respect for Studio and Decor: a. Guests are expected to treat the studio and its decor with respect, taking care to avoid any damage or theft. b. Any intentional damage or theft of studio property, including decor items, equipment, or furnishings, is strictly prohibited.
Reporting Incidents: a. In the event of any damage or theft occurring during your booking, guests are required to report the incident to the studio owner or staff immediately. b. Prompt reporting of incidents will allow us to address the issue promptly and appropriately.
Minimum Fine: a. In the case of theft, loss, or intentional damage to the studio or its decor, guests will be held responsible for the costs associated with repairs or replacements. b. A minimum fine of $500 will be charged to cover the damages or any theft that takes place incurred.
Liability: a. The studio owner and staff shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, theft, or injury incurred during your use of the studio facilities. b. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings and are encouraged to take necessary precautions to ensure their security.
Indemnification: a. Guests agree to indemnify and hold the studio owner and staff harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from their use of the studio facilities or any actions related to theft or damage.
